Formed in 2013, Tropical Contact have gone from strength to strength off the back of their first EP 'Go Getters, Jet Setters, Heavy Petters'.
The band have had multiple BBC radio plays, won a BOTB contest to play a large music festival, been invited to support Ginger Wildheart (more than once), Tony Wright from Terrorvision and played Camden Rocks Festival twice. With a unique, fun brand of catchy rock, TC seem to strike a chord with their growing army of loyal fans. A recent funding project on pledgemusic.com reached 300% of the target within 48 hours, and continues to increase. The project in question, a full length album set to be released in February '16 with a lot of eyes on it and high hopes from all concerned.
