The Guardian called it “engorged, engaged, empowered bedroom sulk music, saturated with ennui and hope,” Pitchfork called it “a shining talisman for the heartbroken,” and local radio blessed it with multiple Album of the Weeks with 3RRR calling it “a captivating album of blues-inflected rock and atmospheric pop that draws on classic songwriting yet feels completely new.” A European tour and several hailed festival spots under the belt, including one at the BIGSOUND music industry conference, has seen Totally Mild bring their music to audiences around the world.

2016 is already promising big things. A live EP is set for February and a whole new album is slated for June, with the band returning to Down Time producer James Cecil in his brand new Super Melody World studio and Bedroom Suck Records to release it. With another tour in Europe and a new outing to America also on the cards, Totally Mild are promising another big year.
