Alessandro Rizzato (monome, synths), Kevin Parrino (synths, keyboards, drums) and Giacomo Giunchedi (bass, synths) shape TORAKIKI, Italian electro-wave band with the name coming from manga of the eighties.

After sharing other projects in groups closer to math-rock as La Haine or La N, they met again during the summer of 2012 to work on a sound that moves them away from guitars and drums, and they focused on electronics. Far from the production method of the dancefloor music, Torakiki work halfway between noise, post´punk rhythms and sound sections of ambient taste. After their first EP Mondial Frigor (2013), they keep on searching for a sound that moves away from revivalist and vintage aftertastes, working on the more contemporary influences and connections.

On the summer of 2015, Torakiki closed the Italian tour with good feedbacks from the audience and inspiring encounters with other artists, such as Andy from Bluvertigo in Treviso. Back from the tour, the group ended his first album Avesom (Symbiotic Cube, 2016), which was created between 2014 and 2015.

Torakiki are actually organizing their first tour around Europe to present their new album, available for live concert with visuals and also for dj sessions.
