The Latin-Jazz Formation The Windwalkers" is a group of six young musicians from around the world (Columbia, Hungary, Cyprus, Germany) playing an experimental blend of jazz, funk, world, and Latin music.

Their sound layers the rhythms of Colombia, Cuba and the Caribbean over jazz beats and funk grooves. After two successful tours in Germany and two albums in 2011 ("Challenges") and 2014 ("La Guagua", Mons Records), the band produced his third album now in 2015 with Star-Trombonist Joe Gallardo. Release and tour in 2016.

Other achievements of the band are the Grand Prize in the Bucharest International Jazz Competition 2014 and The Jazzopen Playground Contest also in 2014, which allowed the Band to be the opener band for Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter in the Schlossplatz in Stuttgart.
