The Stream is an orchestral piano-pop band.
A unique combination of versatile pop-songs, well-crafted and well-performed by a piano-drum-bass trio accompanied by three gorgeous backing singers.
During 2020 The Stream celebrates their 10th anniversary with the release of their twelve best singles. This is not a compilation of previous released recordings. All songs were re-recorded with the band's current musicians. And being a monthly release project, slowly but surely 2020 will reveal MMXX - The best of 10 years The Stream.
At live shows their latest album Sweet Sally, Sad Departure is being played front to back in a very special manner. And to complete the theatrical setting, the character of Sally is brought to life by the talented dancer Rosa Allessie.
In 2022 The Stream is working on quite some new material. Their fifth studio album is bound to be a double album, combining neo-romantic piano etudes with some serious soulful popsongs. Get ready to be amazed!!
