The Sonic Revolvers are a four piece rock band from the UK.

They consist of Darrell Tinsley (vocals) Richey Jones (guitar) Mike Jones (drums) & Anthony Young (bass). The band started out as the brainchild of guitarist and songwriter Richey Jones and formed together in late 2010.

The band’s sound is of hard rock laced with melody and emotion. Their last single ‘FeverGlass’ was a different approach than previous releases with its slow burning, eerie acoustic intro before crashing in with big drums and powerful melody, a direction the band are now exploring with new material.
The band have gigged extensively since May 2011 when they released their debut album ‘Songs for the Revolution’ which let them serve their brand of hard rock with lyrics about social change and political uprising. This was visually delivered with the video that saw its thought provoking message reach thousands of fans, all encouraged to ‘Scream Their Revolution’.
The band are firm believers in putting on a show and believe that the connection between the band and the audience is a special one and that all efforts should be taken to maximise the impact of the songs and give a performance to remember. They are not afraid of doing things in a big way- The bigger the better.

The band followed up the debut with a five track EP called ‘Suns of Mercury’ which was released in January 2013 and two singles were taken from this, the first ‘Plastic Rock’ and second ‘FeverGlass’. This EP saw the band spread their musical wings and give a greater clarity and production to the songs, delivering a knock out EP that received wide acclaim from many writers and video views reaching over 7000.

Heading into 2015 is an exciting time for the band. They have just completed work on two new singles with world renowned producer Greg Haver and are gearing up for an early tour to promote the two songs. This followed by new videos, a new look design and an EP in the works shows no signs of the band slowing down.
