Cheshire-Based, "The Robin Pierce Band" are going from strength to strength pushing there unique brand of Folk/Rock upon audiences across the country, with their debut record 'Old Friend' gaining extensive support from BBC Manchester, BBC Stoke & Three Counties to name but a few. Having shared the bill with Ed Sheeran, The Futureheads, The Levellers & Ocean Colour Scene, The trio are now working on a new record to be released in Summer 2015.

Upbeat and catchy, the band is awash with simple and heartfelt melodies, from the memorable choruses of “Jack” & “Fanfare”, to the hypnotic build of “Hello,Old Friend”, and with the newly released "Old Friend E.P" succinctly realizing the Bands sound, maturing them into a fully fledged up and coming act.

The band joins the likes of artists including MGMT, Emmy The Great and KT Tunstall, releasing work from the Manchester based Airtight Studios. Working with Producer Nigel Stonier (Thea Gilmore, Katy Lied) and Engineer Seanda McPhail (Badly Drawn Boy, I am Kloot), the record portrays strong influences of the bands individual tastes of both folk and acoustic music whilst maintaining an uplifting sound crafted around good times and company.
