Over the years they somehow ended up listening to a lot of music, maybe because of their two brothers who were playing in bands together.

After a while Niklas and Mikko ended up with the same favorite band and almost fell in love with them. One thing lead to another and 2004 their first band were created.

Since then a lot have happened and today we have The Perfect Mess!

A band that was created in the beginning of 2014, a band that was created with great ambitions and enthusiasm.

The Perfect Mess began the year by making new material and after a few months everything came together. The guys started to plan how and where to record their new songs. They decided to do some kind of ”happening" around it all and ended up traveling to Finland to record the drums. Why Niklas and Mikko choose to travel to Helsinki you say? It’s very simple, their childhood favorite band recorded their first album in the same studio and have made records there ever since.

The rest of the EP were recorded in Sweden, Gothenburg. The band decided to work with Anders, Anders who engineered their former band with a great result!
