Formed in CaVa studios, Glasgow by songwriter and frontman Mike Baillie in late 2012, the band have built up a truly impressive live CV in a short time, already sharing stages with the likes of Snow Patrol, Idlewild, Delays, Little Matador, Stars, The Besnard Lakes and Twin Atlantic.

Through the striking light and dark of Baillie’s songwriting and the band’s joyous, almost euphoric live shows, The Lonely Together have invited comparisons to such seminal bands/artists as Teenage Fanclub, The Flaming Lips, The Twilight Singers and Bright Eyes, and it is only a matter of time until The Lonely Together capture hearts and minds far and wide with their own unique brand of honest, hope-filled soul-pop.
