The Internet phenomenon, which has changed into the biggest polish sensation of 2013.

Through their music, The Dumplings combine youth with intransigence, generational lyrics with fresh look at electronic music, catchy melodies with dance sadness. The effect of their musical quest seduced over 45 thousand fans on Facebook. They already have received an award from Hiro magazine in a category Future of The Year and an award from club and festival music portal muno.pl in category Breakthrough Act of The Year.
Justyna Święs (vocal and music, 17 years old) and Kuba Karaś (music, 18 years old) met during a song contest and they decided to work together. In the beginning, they chose to play acoustic indie-rock songs. During their summer break, which they spent together, they were captured by electronic music and created some new songs. They sent them to Łukasz Jakóbiak, who invited them to his online talk-show “20m2 Łukasza”, in September 2013. In less than a month, The Dumplings fan page gained over 13 thousand fans and in October 2013 the band hit the road with their tour filling clubs across Poland.
In January 2014, The Dumplings entered home studio of Bartosz Szczęsny, the producer of their record, who is known as a half of duet Rebeka, where they recorded over a dozen songs on their debut album. In February 2014, the band signed a record deal with Warner Music Poland. The album was released in May 2014. Band played around 60 concerts in 2014 year including: Liverpool Sound City, The Great Escape in Brighton, United Island in Praha, Off Festival and Grape Festival in Slovakia.
