From Oasis to The Stone Roses all the way through to The Smiths, The Carvettis show that visceral power and confidence goes hand in hand with the melodic and sometimes sombre lyrics.

Hailing from the Northwest, The Carvettis are a five piece musical power house that prove youth is not

wasted on the young. The line-up consists of Dylan Bennett on Vocals, Danny Greenhalgh on Lead Guitar, Jay Clarke on

Rhythm Guitar and Vocals, Liam Macdonald on Bass and Jake Cunningham on Drums. The band may only have been together since January 2014 but are already making an impact on the music scene

in the Northwest. Having recently released their music video to track 'Here Tonight' on YouTube as a taste of great things to come, the band are following up the success of the video with their first official single titled Killing

time which is due for release digitally on December 1st. The band have been playing locally until now but upon preparation for the release of the single will be expanding there shows to areas all around the country. It's early days but the band is already showing great promise with local press already praising them intently.

'Here is a band worth keeping an eye on!'

'I'd best describe there sound as the rhythm and indie swagger of The Bluetones early days with the vivacious and barefaced confidence that Oasis had in their debut days'

'Great job, they clearly have a following as loads of people were turning up to see them'

'We're already seeing and hearing great things from the band, they will definately be one to watch over the rest of this year and the next'.
