Our repertoire consists in a "World-Music-Fusion" based concept, a search for the common elements to the most diverse styles: Tribal, Postrock, Tango Nuevo, Jazz, Gipsy Folk, Huapango, Bossa Nova, Epic Folk, Afro, Progressive Fusion, Chanson, Irish and what we call 'Ethereal Improvisation' amongst many others. Depending on the concert, we might have more than 12 Instruments on stage - although we're only four people. Sitar, Accordion, Irish Bouzouki, Transversal Flute, Cajon, Guitar, Violin, World Percussions, Drums, Cello, Hulusi, Erhu, Piano and some other instruments, which compose the sound of The Ápeiron Project.
We believe that, since all music is made of the same elements, any style can somehow flow into any other. This creates the experimental and though recognizable sound of our project, and therefore the name Ápeiron, the element of the elements.
