Hundreds of gigs played including opening for R.E.M., Green Day, Garbage, Distillers.
A single in an MTV US movie O.S.T. (My Suer Psycho Sweet 16).
Introduced and supported by Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music, Gary Crowley on BBC London, John Kennedy on X-Radio, Simon Raymonde, Matt Baty, Mark Ryan and Frankie Francis on Amazing Radio.

Active in the London's grassroots scene The Actions played venues like The Water Rats, The Lexington, Sebright Arms, Proud Embankment, Rich Mix, The Dublin Castle, The Unicorn, 93 Feet East, The Mau Mau, The Monarch, Zigfrid von Underbelly, The Macbeth, Nambucca, O2 Academy2 Islington, Paper Dress Vintage...

The Bristol duo have just released a new album, Flourish, on 15th February 2021 via Niteo Records.
Flourish was written, recorded and produced by the band in their studio in Easton, Bristol. With the record in place the band finalised the mix of the album at the legendary Invada Studios with Stu Matthews (Portishead, Beak>, Quakers).

First single 'Leap' taken from the new album was premiered on Visions Magazin (audio) and Destroy//Exist (video). The single was immediately put in daily airplay rotation on Amazing Radio picking up support from the likes of Matt Baty (Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs frontman and Box Records label boss).
