Fuelled with energy and enthusiasm, The Abstracts have established themselves as one of the must-see acts on the Cambridge music scene.
Formed in 2007, the band re-emerged in 2013 after a brief hiatus with a new line up, consisting of original members Felix Morgan (Lead vox/guitar), Ben Nunn (Bass/B.vox), Mark Thomson (Drums) and the addition of Ben Taylor (Guitar/B.vox).
With regular shows at popular London and Cambridge venues, the band’s return has seen them nominated for best local Indie band, along with having 3 tracks in Cambridge 105’s Unsigned Chart for the maximum of 20 weeks. Other recent ventures have included a televised performance, a set at Cambridge Rock Festival and a sold-out show on the main stage of The Cambridge Junction.
