Their early potential came to light as they finished as finalists of the years Soundwaves Music competition (out of hundreds of applicants) playing a packed out show at the O2 Academy in Leeds. Flushed by that success the band set about a rigorous summer of local shows and festivals (Including Manchester's 'Raise the Roof Festival' and 'Glaston-Bury' before recording their debut EP at Liverpool's iconic Motor Museum studio. The lead single from the EP, 'Things Change' has featured in several online outlets alongside it's stylish and playful video including respected Greek music magazine 'Avopolis'. TAMSYN have also been invited to play as part of the line up for 'Sonder Festival' (Manchester's answer to the Edingburgh Fringe) two years running and last year enjoyed gigs at Manchester's iconic O2 Ritz and a headline show in London. Their recent video for their latest single 'The Only One' currently has 77,000 views on Facebook. The band promoted the single with a tour where they played in Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, Manchester and London. They will be launching their next single 'In Love or Insane?' on February 14th at Jimmy's bar Manchester, organised by Scruff of the Neck Promotions and have
