After her band Suffer In Paradise broke apart, let`s say it was forlorn hope, she started doing everything on her own.
Her work contains song writing, composition, vocals, guitar(s), electronic bass and drum composition & production on the computer, music production, mix, video production, web performance, graphics, facebook page.....youtube channel management....booking....!

Her music project is influenced by very different artists like Dieter Bohlen & Blue System, Modern Talking, Nirvana & Hole, Project Pitchfork, Lady Gaga, Scott Stapp from Creed, Moby, ...!

Violet Star`s sound sometimes contains heavy guitars, but more and more electronic elements find their way into her music like synthesizers or others.
The vocals are melodic, soft & hard, sometimes even angry (screamings or growlings). Also rap is a way to sing for her.
The lyrics touch subjects like love, peace, change, self-improvement, gender mainstreaming, environement, humanity, heaven and hope!

Currently she is working on her first solo album. For her studio recordings she acquired drummer Alex, guitarist Juri Earth for some solos and mixing questions and Tim, who masters her studio productions.

The rest she is willing to do totally on her own, cause this is definitely the most certain way to get a result which satisfies herself and the audience! That means not, that she is not willing to collaborate with professional producers, managers or other helping hands. It just reflects her dissapointment from past collaborations.
