Their powerful riff-driven and energetic sound mixes influences from the Seattle grunge and California punk scene of the 90’s with alternative rock bands from the UK.
Formed towards the end of 2013, Sigma Falls are making waves in the local area with an ever growing fan base and it will surely be a matter of time before they’re blasting their way across the country.
The band have gone from strength to strength in 2015, starting the year at the inaugural Icebreaker Festival with a set at the Edge of the Wedge; appearing with other local bands at the Wedgewood Rooms in April; and gracing the Seaside Stage at Victorious Festival in August, which proved to be the band's biggest appearance to date.
2016 saw the band continue where they left off with their second appearance at Icebreaker Festival, this time as second headliners on the Al' Burrito stage, which saw a packed out sweaty room help Karl crowd surf against the ceiling. In March, Sigma Falls hosted their biggest headline show at Drift in Southsea.
2016 is already looking to be a great year for the band with some gig announcements shortly!
