Shark Dentist release their forthcoming single, 'Florentine (make me smile)' on June 3rd via Camden based label Ra-Ra Rok.

Ra-Ra Rok. The track was recorded at Famous Times analogue studios and produced by Lincoln ‘rad’ Spiteri and Heavenly Recording's Sean Read (Graham Coxon, Manics, Dave Gahan).

The band (who age 18-20)'s most notable gig was supporting Yuck at Hackney's Moth Club for their LP launch. They met at college in North West London, sharing an interest in bands like Pavement, Blur and Teenage Fanclub. They come from the same London scene as Misty Miller, Fat White Family and Shame.

They have received radio play for their debut single, 'Stranger', from Lauren Laverne/Steve Lamacq (BBC6 Music), Huw Stephens (BBCRadio 1), John Kennedy (Radio X) and Gary Crowley (BBC London Introducing).

The band also travel to Oxfordshire to play at Truck Festival in July alongside Manic Street Preachers and Jurassic 5.
