"Somewhere in the middle of soul, blues jazz is where you'll find Sahra.

A blooming flower at the Danish music scene with a distinct voice that grows bigger and more beautiful day for day."

Sahra da Silva is a Danish soul, blues and jazz singer/songwriter with a Bachelor in Music from Rhythmic Music Conservatory (RMC) in Copenhagen 2014.

In 2010 she participated in DK's Got Talent with all original songs backed up by her own band, the Jagged Soul. Sahra da Silva & the Jagged Soul later released a self titled EP in 2011 and followed up with a full album in 2014. Sahra is currently working on a new album that includes both original songs and a few popular standards within blues and soul.

In July 2016 she opened for Joss Stone, and has been feature guest for Danish Mike Andersen, English Myles Sanko and many others.

Sahra plays in various constellations and settings from duo to 7 piece orchestra.
