Its sound is based on strong guitar riffs, bright guitar solos, magical synths, and most importantly on charismatic female voices.
The lyrics will take you to the old-times, describing forgotten stories and myths. Together with unusual instruments, like harp, dulcimer, Chinese flutes Rosa Nocturna brings ancient atmosphere of the Middle Ages.
So far, the band released three albums.
Andělé a bestie (Angels and beasts)(2020) is the newest album. The main theme of the album is the age-old struggle of good and evil.
Za hradbami času (Behind the walls of time) (2017) is the third album. It tells stories from ancient times about love and betrayal, death and fear.
Zapomenuté příběhy (Forgotten tales) (2016) is the second album. This album depicts past times and myths.
V tmách (In the dark) (2010) is the first professionally made album. It is a compilation of songs previously recorded in a home studio.

In 2019, the band has released a new video O lásce, o válce a o krvi (About love, about war and about blood) (2019). It is an epic video naturally underlining the song’s story.
Moreover, the band has also released a new single Lykantropie (Skinchangers) (2019) which will be included in the next album. The next album is going to be released in 2020.
These days, Rosa Nocturna is intensively working on new songs to be part of the next album.
The next year 2020 will be very import for the band from show perspective. Rosa Nocturna is going to play at more concerts and bigger stages then ever.

Rosa Nocturna is well known for cooperation with other musicians. You can hear them on the official CD records. The band loves interaction with the audience. During the show volunteers from the crowd are invited onto the stage.
