This four piece alternative rock band from Galway, Ireland showcase a mature and commercially experimental sound in their new EP ‘Olympians’, boasting a sonic range and musicality which draws influences from the likes of Alt -J and And So I Watch You From Afar.'Olympians' EP,recorded & mixed by Rocky O'Reilly (Oppenheimer, ASIWYFA, Wonder Villains) at Start Together Studios, Belfast, is a follow up to the band's Debut LP 'Dutch Buffalo,a perfect blend of alternative rock with electronic influences released in June 2013, which received very positive reviews. They have had a wealth of live experience supporting the likes of Tame Impala, And So I watch You From Afar, El Ten Eleven,The Redneck Manifesto, Alpha Male Tea Party & 100 Onces.

Their live show is simply, not to be missed.

"The Galway lads unassuming stage presence is the perfect foil to the assured sonic assault they're capable of unleashing. They truly are ones to watch"
- The Ticket, The Irish Times.

"Expansive, energetic and anthemic, it's a Godzilla-sized monster boasting melodies that could level a mountain"
- HotPress (IRL)

"This is high-energy, exciting alternative rock with uplifting catchy hooks and plenty of forays into heavy guitar moments. On paper that may sound difficult to achieve, or even a recipe for disaster, but Olympians is a class EP and demonstrates the talent these guys obviously have."
- TXFM (Dublin,IRL)

"Wouldn't it be cool if Queens Of The Stone Age collaborated with ASIWYFA? And what if it was produced by Matt Bellamy? That sounds positively beastly, doesn't it? Could it ever happen? Probably not. But you know what, it doesn't need to as such a combination was under our noses all along. Galway’s Race The Flux have been making a name for themselves on the live circuit for some time."

"Olympians is so good, I had to listen to it 3 times"
- Dan Hegarty 2fm/ 2XFM Radio (IRL)
