José Ovidio quiñones medina: his musical beginnings were at 9 years playing drums in the city of Palmira, then with a group of friends in a band called THE BOBY PALMERS. Edward Quiñones (trumpet, percussion, arrangements and direction)
Began studying percussion at the age of 9 years (timbales, conga, bongo) and musical grammar with his father Ovidio quiñones (Master Billo). He began his musical career at age 10 in the orchestra of the neighborhood and the school as a drummer. In 1998 with the International Orchestra as a trumpeter Niches, touring Ecuador, United States, Europe and. In the same year he worked as a professor at the University Santiago de Cali, as musical director of the Orchestra of the university. In 2000 the Orchestra of Los Nemus Del Pacifico as a trumpeter and musical director, touring Europe and Ecuador.
