Convening in Manchester, this dynamic group offers an energetic and catchy punk/indie rock sound that perfectly showcases the liveliness of the band’s set. And now, you can enjoy them at home too, with the release of their debut single, “Nancy”. 
 Picture Nova began their journey in 2022, when undergraduate sound engineering students Daneel (Lead guitar), Brad (Drums), and Callum (Bass), set out to explore Manchester’s vibrant music scene in search of a vocalist. After being blown away by Arthur’s (Vocals and Rhythm guitar) acoustic cover of “Starman” at an open mic, they knew they had found the missing piece. Thus, Picture Nova was born. 
 “Nancy” was conceived out of this immediate chemistry, with the lads writing the song in their very first rehearsal. The track has been described as showcasing Nova’s distinctive style and thought-provoking lyrics, with the track reminiscent of the Libertines, Sports Team and the Big Moon. Led by Arthur’s mesmerising vocals, Picture Nova delivers an unforgettable live experience that fuses punk’s energy with indie’s introspection.
