Recorded in late July 2015 at Retreat Studios, the five track EP features a collage of warm and exotic textures underpinned by Oliver Elmes’ arpeggiated guitar lines and Daura Vera’s (from Gran Canaria) soft drawn out vocals. Supported by lively rhythms by Peter Hovard on drums and Daniel Mould on bass, Winter Sun proves Photograms a band capable to produce lively, colourful and distinctive tunes.
