Last year Paper Aeroplanes took their stunning concoction of Dream-Pop to over one hundred venues, selling out at London's Bush Hall as well as many other venues across the UK and Germany.

Their 2013 album Little Letters (Navigator Records),  an album of evocative, honest and personal songs, reached number 26 in the independent chart to a barrage of acclaim from critics and fans alike. In November PA will embark on a tour of Ireland followed by an (almost sold-out) headliner at Union Chapel to promote their forthcoming album JOY.  Produced by Mason Neely, the album is poised for release in March 2015 followed by a 5 week tour of UK and Europe with their five-piece band.
Sarah and Richard of Paper Aeroplanes grew up 30 miles from each other along the coast of West Wales, in houses you could see the sea from. They spent their formative years walking on cold beaches and misty mountains and finding records in charity shops - a two hour drive, away from the nearest music scene.
“powerfully melodic.” Culture Magazine, Sunday Times
“Gorgeous” Lauren Laverne 6music
"a truly beautiful album of perfect pop vignettes – affirmation if it is needed of the mounting acclaim that surrounds them... a band on the edge of greatness" Album of the month - Folk Radio
"As soon as you've identified one highlight, another comes along. There are no duds here, and the album as a whole has a beautifully judged balance. Little Letters is a very fine record.  It may come to be regarded as a classic. " - North West Folk
"If you have two ears and a heart, you’ll love this album."  - For Folks Sake
