Oscar and the band will do a deep dive in to the roots of soul, jazz, funk and rock spending the spring of 2019 in Denver and New Orleans.

Instead of going to the broken record label industry the project will be financed independently with own funds and investments from selected investors. This is an innovative approach where investors will be offered to buy shares of the master rights.

Background
Oscar Soul Experience is a young band from Stockholm. During two years of time they’ve toured intensively and completed a total of around 200 shows. With their music and live performance the band have already traveled to China, Finland, England, Hong Kong and New York City. The music is described as Old School Soul-funk played by young Swedes with musical influences spreading from Rock to Jazz. Oscar, the band leader loves artists like Sly and the family Stone, Bill Withers, Al Green, Prince, Stevie Wonder and D’angelo.

During 2018 the band recorded their first songs together with Swedish soul artist and producer Eric Gadd along side engineer Andreas Dahlbäck. 4 singles were finalized in a couple of days. But now the band wanna leave their home land and head for something grander. In 2019 Oscar and the Soul Experience will make a full Album in the US.

The Album will be co-produced by Brady, Joe and David through out the trip.
