Orlando Díaz is a singer-songwriter originally from Galicia, Spain. After living and working in Bavaria, playing the drums with different bands, Orlando moved to Berlin for two years to develop his own music before coming to Madrid.

In 2016 Orlando recorded his first EP “Los Monstruos del Lago” in Berlin as he started to spread his music in different locations of the German capital. On July 21, 2017, he released his second work “Karlova”, an EP containing three songs with instrumentation.

His musical identity starts with a single flamenco guitar and aerial and soft voices, occasionally accompanied with synthesizers.

Tomasito García as an multi-instrumentalist musician meets Orlando at the end of the year. Not long after Carlos Pérez joined the band on guitar and they start to hit the stages together on 2018.

In April 2019 they are releasing an EP together under the name «Abierto Toda la Noche» including a b-side song that did not make the record for the Orlando Dees first solo album in 2016.

Orlando Dees ist ein spanischer Musiker mit Wurzeln in Galizien. Nach einem längeren Aufenthalt in Bayern, wo er als Sportlehrer gearbeitet hat und innerhalb mehrerer Bands als Schlagzeuger aktiv war, hat es ihn nach Berlin verschlagen, um seinem Traum nachzugehen und mit seinem eigenen Musikprojekt durchzustarten.

Unkonventionelle Liedtexte, eine melodiöse Stimme bisher von einer Gitarre begleitet, prägen dabei seinen Stil.

In 2016 in Berlin hat er seine erste EP «Los Monstruos del Lago» aufgenommen, die er bald in Madrid präsentierte.

Seitdem hat er zwei neuen EPs mit Instrumentation und unter dem Namen von “Karlova” und «Abierto Toda La Noche» veröffentlicht. Beide sind in Spotify und Itunes abzuspielen.

Orlando Díaz es un músico de origen gallego que, tras haber tocado la batería en diferentes grupos de España y Alemania, se traslada a Berlín para desarrollar finalmente su propio proyecto. Junto a la composición de letras poco convencionales, se caracteriza por una voz ondeante acompañada de guitarra española.

En otoño de 2016 graba su primera maqueta, “Los Monstruos del Lago” (2016), en Berlín, mientras comienza a sustituir los escenarios de la capital alemana por los Madrid. En 2017 publica su segundo trabajo, un EP de tres canciones con instrumentación bajo el título de “Karlova” (2017), al mismo tiempo que conoce a Tomasito García (multiinstrumentista) y Carlos Pérez (guitarra solista), terminando de conformar la banda.

En 2019, alterna la aparición en los escenarios con el trabajo en el estudio, antes de que su primer EP con banda, “Abierto toda la noche” (2019), viese la luz en febrero de ese mismo año.
