Skinny dipped with Bulgarians in the Black sea. Smoked cigars, and drank champagne in hot tubs with millionaires in the Channel Islands. They've partied with Russian oligarchs in Moscow, and almost married Canadian groupies. Spent countless, lonely, boring hours driving the motorways from gig to gig, playing for anyone who would listen. But in the midst all this chaos, the band have also managed to write and record their third album.
The years of touring and fine tuning have left the band forging songs that combine the rock/reggae chops of the Police, with pounding choruses reminiscent of the Foos and Weezer.
Ocasan are a three piece rock outfit from Milton Keynes, UK formed in 2007 comprised of vocalist / guitarist Nick Burns, bassist Nathan (Bear) Naidoo & drummer, Luke McDonnell. In 2011, the band self-released their debut album 'Ricochet'. Produced by Romesh Dodangoda (Funeral For A Friend, Motorhead, Kids In Glass Houses). This record featured a unique English spin on the pop/rock genre, drawing the attention of many magazines, radio and TV stations. ‘Elixir’ their following album (2014) was split into three EPs and then finally released as one full length record.
