She has performed in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, London, Dublin and South Africa, and has self-released two albums, an EP and a single, all to critical, international acclaim. Her work as a composer and songwriter has been compared to that of Joan Baez and Tori Amos, and her voice was described as “an instrument transcending laryngeal norms” by FAME.
Schrire's latest musical offering sees her further exploring her folk roots (her father was a folkie in London in the 70's) with an EP entitled "An Education". With a 2015 release on London folk label Wild Sound Recordings, it features five original songs arranged for voice, guitar and cello.
