My Autumn Empire is the dream-pop and folk project of self taught multi-instrumentalist and producer Benjamin Thomas Holton, who hails from England’s landlocked Staffordshire. Benjamin crafted his solao sound whilst composing works as a founding member of accomplished post-rock experimenters epic45 and combined those fundamentals with his inherent love of folk and classic pop. He has previously worked with July Skies, Bibio, Stephen Jones (Babybird), Hood and Ian Crause (Disco Inferno).
Having played Union Chapel and A Carefully Planned Festival #5 to name a couple in 2015. Benjamin and band will tour extensively through the UK and Europe in 2016. To promote the fourth album released on Wayside & Woodland Recordings, 'Dreams of Death and Other Favourites' (Shindig *****).
