Known for authentic performance of jazz and instrumental guitar standards and his original pieces, as well as mastery of the instrument itself. His music is inspired by the experience of inner journeys, change of seasons, passion and symbols of time that we carry within.
This vast inspirational universe finds broad foundation in combination of styles, ranging from Gipsy swing, to authentic Balkan jazz, to light jazz rock - thus creating a unique sound, communicative and fit for contemporary audience which, for years now, never stays indifferent.

Performs as an acoustic guitar duo (steel and nylon) Pecovic/Kanacki, which had notable success at Jazz festivals and programs.

Also performs in a trio composed of drum set, bass and electric guitar (hollowbody),

and as a quartet - drum set, bass, keyboards, electric guitar (solidbody).

Won first prizes in international competitions Guitar Art Fest (Belgrade, Serbia, 2011)
and Omis Guitar Fest (Omis, Croatia, 2012).
