They released their first album “My Own Gravity” in 2011 and surely had a strong impact on the independent music scene because of their different style and approach to the production of their music. At the beginning of 2013 Metropol released “The Acoustic Sessions” Ep where the band re- invented 4 songs from the “M.O.G.” album in a more introspective way. During that year they also won several competitions like the Volkswagen Fender fast song, Road to the Red Bull Tour, Shure Call of Legends etc. which fuelled the rise of the Metropol star. In the last two years the band has been working extremely hard on their second LP “Sorry all over the place”. Produced by Metropol and 12 times Grammy award winner Rafa Sardina.
