Born in 1978 in Valladolid where he studied classical guitar and classical philology at the University of Valladolid and participated in a Postgraduate Course " Studies Specialist in the Tradition." He has studied zanfona with Rafael Martin, Pascal Lefeuvre , Isabelle Pignol , Gilles Chabenat , Patrick Boufard , Valentin Clastrier , etc ...
He has performed worldwide in prestigious venues and festivals: Theatre Royal in Marrakech, Concert Gebaum of Amsterdam, University of Colombia, Odessa Jazz Carnival - Ukraine- house architects of Moscow Amuz -Antwerp - Stans Music Festival - Switzerland... He belonged to the legendary Viellistic Orchestra, a hurdy gurdy orchestra based in France. In 2004, he formed a duo with Pascal Lefeuvre, artistic director of the Orchestra, and co-founder of the Symphonia Quartet, with Rafael Martin, Marc Egea and Pascal Lefeuvre . He has received numerous awards, including: the Golden Bunch Music for his work in the collection and dissemination of traditional music, second best album of 2009 by Jazz Notebooks, best international album by veteran Japanese magazine Tokyo Jazz... In 2004 he created his own discography, “Producciones Efímeras”, along with Fernando Fuentes, in which he has given special attention to projects like Marc Egea zanfonistas Loibner or Matthias. He has participated in more than a hundred recordings and edited numerous works solo.
