MATILDAZ are a powerful duo of Post-Punk/Blues-Rock.
Founded and fronted by Matilda on vocals and drums, with the thundering, evocative bass and guitar of Jackson. They have played at a number of prestigious venues across London and made festival appearances across the UK. They have received airplay by Tom Robinson on BBC 6Music and featured on both his Introducing Mixtape and After Hours shows in 2014 and the summer of 2015, also touring with Arthur Brown in the same year. MATILDAZ new EP2 was released 1st Feb 2016
The two met at Green Man festival in 2012 and began to collaborate in June 2013.
Rock, Blues, Punk, Classical and African rhythms influence their musical foundations.
MATILDAZ are gigging extensively around the UK and Europe.
