Mat's passion and purpose is simple - Mat Sings Swing.

Based in the North-West of England, Mat is quickly building a reputation for delivering shows of both quality and style with his own distinguishable sound and flair.

Tipping his hat to the Rat Pack, Mat combines this with his own contemporary approach and musical production to create a modern interpretation on the classic ‘Swing’ era songs.

Mat has just released his debut E.P containing six classic swing tracks, from the bounce of ‘Come Fly With Me’, to the brooding ‘Cry Me A River’. The release was met with critical acclaim and he is currently performing across the region in support of it. Work has already started on an eagerly awaited follow up with a prospective summer release. Already, his version of ‘The Lady Is A Tramp’, is causing excitement within his fan base.

Having originally started as a solo singer and guitar player, Mat regularly performed modern pop and rock songs before concentrating on his love for that ‘big band’ sound. His previous years of experience have given him the ability and versatility to be able to perform the genre’s ‘biggest’ songs.

With the client at the heart of everything he does, the customer is able to tailor their own set list from a large set of Rat Pack and Swing era numbers, plus, due to Mat’s adaptability, the client can request additional songs from any genre to make their event that much more bespoke.

“Mat is both committed to delivering the best performance he can, both in the studio and the live arena.”

Mat has the experience, passion, professionalism and charisma to make your event a success. 'Mat Sings Swing', it's as simple as that.
