The work from Marcos Paiva & Daniel Grajew seeks the dialogue of Brazilian piano tradition of Chiquinha Gonzaga, Ernesto Nazareth and Radamés Gnatalli.

Also adapts the language of seven-stringue guitars (violão 7 cordas in Portuguese) and Pixinguinha' saxophone for Paiva's instrument, the double bass. This sound, extremely Brazilian, opens lots of new artistic possibilities and makes Choro* more improvised and universal.
The approach of both musicians to this work is the same: creative freedom and melodic improvisation.
The duo album will be released at the beggining of 2016.

*Choro is a typical Brazilian music genre.
