At the age of 16 Marco started playing his first dj sets at private parties proposing a “new deep house sound”.
Eventually he started to be associated with the new disco style of house music which was taking over Sardinia, the island in Italy where Marco comes from. However, after approximately a year he moved toward some different sounds as well as he started looking for an innovative mixing technique that was applicable to a global audiance and much more “in fashion” on the popular Sardinian Coast named Costa Smeralda where artists such as Richie Hawtin, Sven Vath and Ricardo Villalobos (to name a few) brought their techno and futuristic sounds already. At this point, Marco was proposing a redefined tech-house sound.
In march 2012 start his own record label “deep:on” with his friend Max Latino and after a summer spent in Ibiza he had new and more sound influences in his head!! A miscellaneous of deep house and techno by not quite! It was time to work on some awesome music.

Recently relocated to London and signed to no-attitude recordings for his first album and e few EPs, Marco Colombino will be soon one name to keep in mind for many electronic music lovers.
