Lois songs are a testament to his love of C-86, 80s and jazz passing through the warmth of Mac DeMarco and bedroom pop. And much more.
With his debut Bedroom Recordings, Lois quickly gained media attention (NME, The Line of Best Fit, DIY, BBC6), and soon he stepped out from the internet and got his songs edited on cassette by Citrus City Records and vinyl by Spanish cult-label Acuarela.
The fall of 2018 marked his comeback, with a new EP produced by James Hoare (Ultimate Painting, Veronica Falls) in which he abandons his lo-fi bedroom productions for a more polished sound. But don't worry, wobbly guitars, vintage drum machines and cheesy synths are still there.
