The music of The Skyriders is melodic, warm and sensual, at the junction of jazz, trip-hop and elec- tro. On keyboards, the two appointed pioneers give life to compositions using pianos, synthesizers and machines.
All the music stems from the band, except for the drums on which master Laurent Robin spreads his grooves according to its own image : original, eclectic and implacable ones.
Dominique “Dume” Poutet -a specialist in electro-intrumental fusion genre (Laurent de Wilde, Guil- laume Perret, Gaël Horellou...)- was designated as head of production. He managed to give a maxi- mum relief to this ambitious and complex album with its blending of acoustic, analogical, synthetic and digital sounds.
