Larkins.

A 4-piece Indie Rock n' Roll band from Manchester.

In their first year together, indie rock n' roll band, Larkins, have already started to create a buzz around Manchester. Having made it to the final of the renowned, unsigned, whisky sessions competition and played at most of the prestigious, intimate venues that Manchester has to offer, 2015 will hopefully be their breakout year. Hailing from Derbyshire and Salford, the four 19-year-olds are looking to stretch their genre and provide a live experience that competes with the big boys. Driving rythm and experimental melodies : this is no ordinary Manchester band.Their new single, Hit and Run, dropped on the 30th April and looks to be a real head-turner. It has already been played on BBC introducing multiple time and was recently Jo Goods 'Shock of the New' on XFM London. Larkins were also hailed Gigslutz (the music blog) Discovery of the Week. Born after what was supposed to be a one night stand, Larkins just had to much fun.

"Immediately we’ve struck by their clever lyricism and a real ear for driving rhythm and melodies" - The Whiskey Sessions, EventheStars music blog

"Larkins are making exactly the right kind of nuisance of themselves...Indie Rock n'Roll is what they do and they intend to provide us with the big bold anthems of the future" - Jo Good, XFM

"For a band so early in their career, they're already a powerful live band. Front man Josh Noble has the style and stage presence and, most important of all, the voice to lead the band. Dom Want's lead guitar though almost steals the show, full of killer hooks and riffs coursing through each of the songs they play tonight" - Night and Day, EventheStars music blog

“Larkins will undoubtedly be making their way out of Manchester very soon – after a few London shows and some sweet support slots, they’ll be ready to take over the world” - GigSlutz music blog
