"Song-writing has always been more like a diary to me, when you write what you know, it gives you a chance to be honest but also can make you feel vulnerable, every song means something to me personally. If I've been through it, someone else has and it's amazing when people can relate through your music."
She was invited to attend the 'BBC Introducing Unsigned Masterclass', at Abbey Road studios, and continues to receive support from BBC Introducing for whom she has played live sessions.

Katie is now booking gigs around the UK with a full band live set.
