He performs all material in his own unique style and delivers in his soulful, emotional performances on stage and in recordings. Joe takes Jazz influence from artistes such as Gregory Porter, Peter Cincotti, Nat King Cole, Ray Charles and many others and performs, writes and arranges a blend of modern swing with influences of soul and blues. Joe Gibson has recently released his first debut album titled "Joe Gibson and Company" which charted at number 4 in the UK iTunes Jazz Chart and is selling well through other download outlets. The album was arranged and performed by himself and pianist Ted Beament (Humphrey Lyttelton) and was independently released in October 2015. I album is an influence album, creating new arrangements of tracks written by Joe's most strongest of influences. Joe carefully handpicked some of the UK's finest players to play on this including Murray Salmon (Humphrey Lyttelton, Buddy Greco, Matt Munro) on Double Bass, Zak Barratt (Mick Hucknall, Narada Michael Walden, Bernie Marsden) on Saxophone and Matt Newman (Mirror Signal) on Drums.

Following the release of the album Joe is now working on his first full original album which that is aiming for release in February 2017, and is collaborating with songwriters and singers across London. Joe is currently working on touring "Joe Gibson and Company" in 2016 in venues across the UK.
