Find her wondering on the roads between experimental acoustic and world music.

Jelena started her musical education as an oboist in classical music school in Novi Sad. Her musical studies continued in Ljubljana (SI), Vienna (AT) and Valencia (ES) where she finished Master program in Contemporary Performance at Berklee College of Music
Although trained as a classical musician, Jelena is experimenting in the waters free from musical genre borders and is questioning the definitions of performer-audience relationship in the performance.

In 2012 she started the project PostArt Ensemble - melodies of unspoken storytelling. Her music has certain film and theater character and her approach to the oboe playing is changing the traditional role oboe has had in the music expression up until today.

In 2013 she joined the traditional balkan group Natemago.
