Originally from London, Jack grew up in the vibrant pocket of North London where Islington and Hackney meet. Here Jack experienced world, jazz and various types of electronic music. He was classically trained on guitar, percussion and drum set and began to make electronic music at the age of 15.
This mix of an eclectic musical upbringing alongside instrumental training influences Jack’s music in a serious way. His music brings elements of a number of different styles and certainly focuses on complex percussive patterns running through his music.
For three years, Jack lived in York. It was during these years, studying music, that Jack really developed and honed in his current style. Finally in 2014, Jack began releasing and gigging his current material, leading him to perform some truly exciting and successful gigs. On the York scene, Jack developed a strong reputation, leading him to be perform at many of York’s club nights as well as gig nights and at events that ranged from magazine launches to techno nights.
Most recently Jack has moved to Berlin to continue his career in the home of electronic music. Inspired to take his music further afield, Jack is working hard to build an audience across the UK, Germany and Europe, and soon enough, worldwide.
