Not Alone | EP | 2018 |
It all started in 2016 with one small performance. They got the media's and local festival's attention quickly, and started getting more and more opportunities in Switzerland and abroad.
Their very special style is a true and authentic reflection of their two creative personalities and rich artistic backgrounds. With Imelda on the keys, Clyde on the drums and both of them joining on the vocals and composition, they created their own musical world, combining their ethnic roots with their more modern Pop and Hip Hop influences.
In less than a year, the duo went from small stages to one of the most prestigious international festivals, Montreux Jazz Festival, both of them setting fire on its biggest stage Auditorium Stravinski in front of thousands of people.
Imelda & Clyde released their first acoustic EP "Not Alone" in April 2018, recorded at Metropolis Studios in London with grammy award winner sound engineer Paul Norris. Now also performing with their two other band members (Dimitri Cochard on the bass and Arnaud Paolini on the guitar) and with a second release on its way, the two young artists never cease to surprise their audience both in Switzerland and abroad.
