Hailing from the Northern, Southern and Western parts of Norway, the now Liverpool-based trio I SEE RIVERS creates an organic musical landscape they’ve dubbed ”Float Folk”.

With memorable melodies and untraditional harmonies, their soundscape can be associated with artists such as Fleet Foxes, Sufjan Stevens and Feist. After releasing their single “Loved Ones” and touring the rural parts of Norway in 2015, the girls have just done their biggest tour to date supporting Newton Faulkner all over the UK and after a summer busy with festivals such as Green Man Festival and Belladrum, they are now preparing to release their EP 'Standing Barefoot' (21.04.2017) with a single release 17.03.2017.

"Comprising of a trio of women, an acoustic and an electric guitar - the latter often-times caressed with a violin bow with an ethereal, sweeping tone - the keyboards and a solitary tom, no one instrument dominate their sound. Instead, they provide colours which paint a greater canvas." - Manchester Rocks

"Their harmonies and arrangements are out of this world and you can't help but compare them with First Aid Kit [...] First Aid Kit meets Highasakite. Not a bad recommendation." - Too Many Blogs

“Their music is delicate Folk Pop based around clever vocal arrangements, and outstanding vocals. They just look so natural performing together, and have a level of cohesion that is genuine, rare and pretty special too". - Nordic Music Review

“This is vocal harmonising at its exquisite expert best.” – Fresh On The Net Faves, BBC 6 Music blog
