Hume are a band originating from a small borough of Greater Manchester in the north west of the UK.
The four members met whilst studying in Winstanley College and formed the band in late 2013.
The band's dark, ethereal sound stems from their use of multiple live synthesisers and a heavily modified guitar. The instrumentation allows for the classically confessional vocals to align with the darker side of modern pop and new-wave electronic music.
