Fallowfield foursome Hark stride toward musical immortality, taking cues from psychedelic rock, Latin & stripped back blues. Bringing different styles from their respective homelands, Hark have spent their fleeting companionship creating a sound that marks them out in 2018, starting with the
release of their debut EP ‘Impression’. With the musical metropolises of Manchester & Leeds on his doorstep, frontman Will Wedgwood has spent more than a few years writing music that
reflects the rich scene around him. Dutch born lead guitarist Dario van der Linden brings nearly two decades of experience to the quartet, and with it a sound that wouldn’t be out of place in the late 60s. Piano Virtuoso turned bassist & South London smooth mover Cameron Jacobs is known for licking, riffing & just about everything else-big his way to a toe tapping climax. Percussionist Simon King lays down a syncopated undercurrent, incorporating breaks and a stripped back bluesy presence into Hark’s emotive direction.
