He started out DJ'ing at The Kings Arms in Bexleyheath, where he was the Friday night DJ. From this he started to host his own show on IdentifyRadio.com.

He studied at The Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford where he earned himself a degree in Professional Sound Production. Here he learnt how to man the studio desk and honed his skills. He did his dissertation on how house music can be used as music therapy for Autistic Children, which he gained a First Class Honours for.
