Alex, Mihai and Ernesto‘s different backgrounds from house, classic, jazz, tropical and new R‘N‘B, combine an unique blend of eclectic harmonies. Using live instruments such as trumpet, flute, drums, sampling and djing, the trio creates a very unique sound. Their music is melodic and dreamy while at the same time making you dance your shoes off. Formed in 2013, the group has had one of the quickest ascents in the Romanian electronic music scene. Winners of the Best Electro Award in 2014, given by Sunete - Romania‘s most important print music magazine - they became instant headliners all over their home country, playing major festivals. In 2015, Golan released their first single „Promises“ on German label Motor Music, hit the German Club charts top ten and were invited to play as opening act for Róisín Murphy in Vienna. In March 2016 Golan releases a 3 track EP including live sessions at Parov Stelar’s label etage noir recordings. They will also support Parov Stelar at several shows in 2016.
